Sharina Perry is the founder and inventor of Utopia Plastix, a plant-based alternative to petroleum-based polymers. Sharina is also the originator and developer of The Utopia Model, a sustainable ecosystem business model. She is well regarded as an innovator, strategist, and unconventional thinker.

A community-focused entrepreneur, Sharina was instrumental in creating an economic resilience and recovery plan post Covid for the Oklahoma City, and the drafting of the resolution to bring Public, Private and Educational Institutions together to address STEM and Workforce Development within the historically black area on the east side of Oklahoma City.

Throughout her illustrious career, Sharina has received numerous awards and accolades and was listed as Forbes' Top 10 Women To Watch in 2023 (globally). In September 2023, Sharina was featured on the iconic Nasdaq Billboard in NYC Times Square as Inventor of the Year.

Hamsini Satchithananthan Salmelainen is a seasoned professional in the energy sector focused on strategically managing and advising high-value complex energy transactions, new market entry, and building impactful partnerships with international counterparties across multiple jurisdictions. Currently an EMBA candidate at Queens’ College, University of Cambridge, Hamsini is also a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and serves as a board advisor.
