Catalysts for Change: The Transformative Impact of Social Enterprises
Join us for an inspiring event that delves into the dynamic world of social enterprises and learn more about the fast growing UK social enterprise sector!
Tofik Saad from the School for Social Entrepreneurs (SSE) will share how they have helped thousands of people start, scale and strengthen organisations that have a positive societal impact. You will then hear from founders and leaders of several Cambridge-based social enterprises (Nikki Digiovanni from REMO, Mona Shah from Harry Specters, Simon Glenister from Noise Solution, and Anne Bailey from Form the Future) about their journeys, motivations for setting up their ventures, and the social impact they are creating. Nikki, Mona and Simon will discuss their plans for the future and share their insights into some of the key opportunities and barriers ahead.
Maggie Robb will also talk about how PWC supports social entrepreneurs by leveraging the skills and time of their staff in volunteering roles to foster growth and innovation in the sector.
There will be a dedicated time for your questions at the end of the panel session. This is your chance to engage directly with the panelists and deepen your understanding of the social enterprise landscape.
