  • Lord Blackwell is a former director of Standard Life and Halma, and the former Chair of Lloyds Banking Group, a role for which he received the 2021 FTSE 100 Non-Executive Director Award.

  • Giles Clarke is the Founder of Majestic Wines, Pet City and SafeStore. He was formerly the Chairman of the England and Wales Cricket Cricket Board, and was appointed CBE in the 2012 New Year Honours for services to cricket.

  • David Glick, entrepreneur, venture capitalist and former entertainment lawyer, is the co-founder of Edge Group and Eatons, a leading music and entertainment law firm. His clients included musicians Nick Cave, Sarah Brightman, Fatboy Slim, and fashion designers, Alexander McQueen and Giles Deacon.

  • Will Wynne founded online florist, Arena Flowers in 2006, after a career in investment banking. In 2015, he founded and launched Smart Pension, the leading UK retirement savings platform.

They will address the importance of progressive corporate governance and purpose in the overall success of businesses.
