Decentralised science and company building models with Eleanor Davies

Decentralised science and company building models with Eleanor Davies

You are warmly invited to the third event in the series of Weekly Brunches aimed at providing students with guidance, connections, and support in bringing their ideas to life over the year. The Cambridge Blockchain Society and King's e-lab will offer publication, hackathon, incubation, or other implementation opportunities to the best projects.

This week, we will be hosting Eleanor Davies, a key figure in bio- and healthtech finance serving as VitaDAO's deal flow steward and a co-founder and COO of LabDAO. Her background includes securing multimillion-dollar startup funding and building portfolios at a Silicon Valley accelerator, as well as providing mid- to large-cap consultancy for the Marwood Group in healthcare and biotech.

Eleanor will explain the concept of decentralised science and company building model of VitaDAO, the world's first decentralised collective funding for early-stage longevity research.

This event is organised together with the Cambridge Blockchain Society.

WHEN: Saturday 11 November 2023, 12 - 2pm
