African Founders Webinar Series

African Founders Webinar Series

This event is part of our African Founders Webinar series and hosted by our E-Lab Associate Uche Ogechukwu bringing together key figures from the entrepreneurial sector, with a specific focus on fostering innovation that can drive economic growth and social impact across Africa. Our goal is to ignite, excite, and co-create.

For each webinar we will be hosting two entrepreneurs whose projects or business are in Africa. We will be bringing you entrepreneurs from across several sectors, from the mobility sector to clean energy and agriculture and with a mix of social entrepreneurs and traditional for-profit entrepreneurs. One key thing in common, is the drive that innovation has brought in their businesses. Come prepared with your questions as there will be lots of time for questions!

In collaboration with the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at Cambridge, the E-Lab runs an extracurricular program aimed at cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset in Africa which students can apply to with their own projects to win a prize. The aim is to encourage student innovators to challenge the status quo and re-imagine the world through sustainable and ethical projects that can have a positive social and environmental impact.
