When Nadia Radzman co-founded Broad ‘n Mind to spread the word about Britain’s forgotten and underappreciated legumes, she focused on understanding all the stakeholders involved; from farmers to policy makers and from scientists to consumers. In a recent collaboration with local NGO, Cambridge Curiosity and Imagination (CCI), the team asked what it might mean to see children as stakeholders in this agrifood system. The results are moving.
